Every Atlas & Ivy item is custom made to order — printed just for you once you place your order. For that reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, color, or change of mind. Please review our Size Guide carefully before ordering.

Defects or Our Error

Your satisfaction matters. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, or if we shipped the wrong item, email support@atlasivyco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a free replacement or full refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to fix a size, color, or address? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and before production begins, and we will do our best to help. Once production has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Non-Returnable

Gift cards are non-refundable.
