Atlas & Ivy LLC ships within the United States. Here is what to expect.

250th Anniversary Pre-Order

The 250th Anniversary Collection is sold as a pre-order. Orders placed by June 24, 2026 are scheduled to ship in time for delivery by July 4, 2026. Orders placed after June 24 will ship as soon as possible but are not guaranteed by the Fourth.

Processing & Handling Time

All Atlas & Ivy items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare and produce your order before it ships. Custom and bulk orders may require additional processing time, which we will communicate with you.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Choosing an expedited or Express shipping method speeds delivery in transit only — it does not reduce the time needed to make your shirts. The standard production time above still applies before any order ships.

Need it sooner? Rush production may be available for custom orders for an additional fee. Restrictions apply — contact us at support@atlasivyco.com before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected method. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their control. If your package is lost, delayed, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact support@atlasivyco.com and we will do our best to help, though Atlas & Ivy is not liable for carrier delays or losses.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout; reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.
